Remember when you first found out about your egg, peanut or tree nut allergy, and you realized you'd never again enjoy a gourmet cookie from your local bakery? That was a sad day for our family, too. But, rather than mourning the loss, we chose to turn our situation into something positive, and we created Egg-Free Epicurean.

One bite of our cookies or bars and you'll find yourself saying, “I can't believe it doesn't have any eggs!” People ask us how we do it: how do we bake a goody that is crisp on the outside and moist inside without using eggs? And we respond that although it took years of research and testing to get the ingredients just right, it is mostly care and attention to the tiniest detail that makes our products so tasty.
